Yet, we also include the health and overall well-being of men. Why? Because every individual’s health within a family unit impacts the well-being & quality of life of the other.
Our Mission
Red H.E.A.R.R.T ‘s desire is to inspire and save the lives of all through education, resources and demonstration of healthy living techniques that improve an individual’s quality of life; while focusing to help women, children and teens.
While we understand that a world largely free from heart disease may not come to fruition within our lifetime, we know and believe that heart disease is 80% preventable and our impact will make a difference.
Our Goal
Our goal is to connect, educate, engage and empower to take action to reduce life-threatening risk to create a positive healthy life
